EXPEDITER
Responsibilities include:
- Manages the food serving window
- Makes sure everything is prepped for the upcoming rush
- Makes the list of what needs to be prepped for the next rush
- Ensures all of the food order is there and made correctly
- Ensures that the food rotation is FIFO
- Makes sure all orders that come back or if a waiter has a special request that it is done and then checked on
